Matcha Latte with Amaretto Foam

Not too sweet, not too boozy, this Matcha Latte with Amaretto foam is perfect for every occasion (whip it up for Sunday brunch or FriYAY;)).

THIS MATCHA LATTE IS:

Gives 1 BIG latte !
FOR THE MATCHA LATTE WITH AMARETTO FOAM
INGREDIENTS

1 cup of hot water

1 tsp of Teangle ceremonial Matcha
-
1 cup of plant-based milk
-
1 tsp of Amaretto
-
Natural sweetener, maple syrup or stevia to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

In a large cup, dissolve the Matcha in hot water.

Foam the vegetable milk with the Amaretto and sweetener. Pour into the cup with the Matcha**.

Garnish with slivered almonds.
**To make Amaretto mousse without milk foamer, combine the vegetable milk, Amaretto and sweetener in a blender or food processor. Whisk at high speed for 30 seconds. Transfer the milk to a large cup and heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
