INGREDIENTS (1 jus)
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 yellow apples
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers
- 6 cups of green vegetables (kale, spinach, roman lettuce)
- 1 tsp of Teangle Ceremonial Matcha or Ginger & Lemongrass Matcha
PREPARATION
If using a juicer
- Wash all fruits and greens and cut into small pieces.
- Juice.
- Mix the matcha with the green juice and enjoy over ice.
If using a blender
- Wash all fruits and greens and cut into small pieces.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender with 2 cups of water and blend until smooth.
- Strain using a nut milk bag and serve on ice.
