I’ve always tried to prioritize my mental and physical health, and lately it often looks like a peaceful and intentional morning with my journal and a cup of Matcha.
I’ve recently taken a more structured approach with journaling where I list/write what gives me energy for the day, how I’ve been feeling and what’s been bothering me, and I top it off with a gratitude list. I’ve been LOVING @teanglematcha because it tastes delicious and it keeps me awake without making me feel anxious. Matcha Peppermint is W-O-W! I drink it with almond milk and the Matcha taste is not too strong, it's just perfect! I used to drink tasteless Matcha, but once you taste these you can't go back. As a full-time entrepreneur and student, I need to find a way to stay focused and energized all day. Matcha allows me to do all of this without all of the unwanted effects that coffee gives me. So ... Matcha Waiting For!
