Je prends votre Matcha de façon régulière depuis plus de trois mois maintenant et j’en retire des bienfaits comme meilleur sommeil et moins de fatigue. Quand je déjeune au restaurant je choisis celui-ci en fonction du menu qui offre votre Matcha. J’ai renoncé au café.
