Having been recently diagnosed with IBS and having had to reduce my coffee intake, I turned to matcha for that daily pick me up! Not only is the matcha chai the perfect blend to have early in the morning, it helps me boost my energy levels without the midday crash, helps my mind stay focused and it's full of antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties, which makes it a lot easier on my stomach and helps keep bloating at bay.
