Bien pour l'esprit et le corps mais j'avoue que j'ajoute du sirop d'erable et un peu de lait sinon j'avoue aussi que je trouve le goût aigre.Mais vu les résultat j'aime bien l'intégrer à ma routine du matin.Et pour moi je m'abstiens le soir car sinon je ne dort pas de la nuit dans mon cas .
