General Matcha Questions
The most important thing is to properly close your bag of Teangle Matcha after each use.
Keep your bag out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place.
If you want to keep the freshness of your matcha, put it in the refrigerator; especially if you consume it over a long period (more than a month).

We recommend that you drink one matcha drink in the morning. You can sip another drink early in the afternoon.
To maximise its health benefits, its best to drink your matcha before / after your meals or before your training.

Before your meal (30 mins to an hour), it acts as a natural appetite suppressant. After your meal (30 minutes to an hour), it promotes digestion and it could help eliminate fat.
Drinking matcha before a workout (30 minutes to an hour) gives you a boost of energy and could increase your performance endurance. You’ll be ready to give your 100% to your training!
To get the maximum benefits, it’s important to drink 1–2 servings of Teangle Matcha per day.
The Teangle spoon is equivalent to about ½ teaspoon (1 serving).
We recommend enjoying your daily dose of matcha in 1–2 servings.
It can be tempting to drink all day, but if you are sensitive to caffeine, limit your consumption to 1 serving per day.
Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries in Canada are free for orders over $75 (after discounts and before taxes). Any order below 75$ will have a shipping fee of either $10.95, $12.95, or $19.95 depending on the area.
- Shipping fees for orders under $75 in the provinces of Quebec, New Brunswick and Ontario are $10.95.
- Shipping fees for orders under $75 in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories and Yukon are $12.95.
- Shipping fees for orders under $75 in the provinces and territories of Manitoba, Newfoundland, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan are $19.95.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible to track, and recuperate the products according to the rules and procedures of the carrier used.
If an order item is damaged during shipping, is incorrect, or missing, contact us as soon as possible at info@teangle.ca or call 1-800-316-6320. Teangle will not be held responsible for any items that have not been returned within a maximum of 30 days after the order has been delivered.
At this time we can only ship to Canadian addresses.
All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the shipping time.
Orders with available items in stock are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after the order has been placed, except if placed during the weekend or during a local holiday. In such cases, it will be processed the next business day. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions and holidays.
In general, delivery can take 4 to 8 business days depending on the area. Enter your address in the checkout section and you'll see estimated delivery times.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse and tracking information will be included in this email.
In limited cases, we are able to make changes to an order prior to being shipped. If your order has not shipped and you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once a package is shipped, we are not able to make any changes to the order.
The same applies for subscription orders, as any modification you make to your subscription in your account is only valid for upcoming orders (i.e. orders that haven't been billed yet). If you need to modify the contents of a subscription order that has gone through, you need to reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make said modifications before the order is packed.
Your tracking number says delivered but the order is missing?
If you think your order is lost or missing, we advise you to check with the members of your household or neighbours to find out if they have seen your package. We also recommend you check around your property. If you have a condo/apartment building, you can check the entrance or your community mailbox (if there is one), the packages can very often be deposited in these areas. You can also reach out to your local courier to confirm the delivery status.
Depending on the carrier used, it is possible that the trackig number says delivered while de delivery can be done later the same day or in the following days. We recommend waiting 48 hours before contacting us to make sure enough time has been alotted for the delivery.
If after all these verifications you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at info@teangle.com. We might need to start an investigation with the carrier.
Please allow us time to review and investigate your request with our business partners. Be aware that due to general carriers' policies, this may take from 8 to 10 days and can be longer based on seasonality.

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on most products purchased from teangle.ca. This policy outlines the process, conditions, and exclusions for returns and refunds.
Return Process
1. Request Approval (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST)
- Email info@teangle.com to obtain approval and a prepaid shipping label
- Include your order number and reason for return
2. Ship Your Return
- Package the item securely in its original or similar packaging
- Attach the provided prepaid shipping label
- Drop off at any selected carrier locations (UPS or Purolator)
3. Refund Processing
- Returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse
- Eligible returns are processed within 2-4 business days
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method

All accessories including bottles, spoons, shakers, and whisks, are non-refundable.
Contact the Teangle team by emailing info@teangle.com - Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 3:30pm Eastern Standard Time. We will gladly provide you with our return address, so as not to waste any materials. This is an easy and effortless process. Return the bag(s) and print the Teangle invoice that you received by email. It is your obligation to pay the return postage with tracking for verification and efficiency purposes. Note: We must receive the package within 45 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.
**Full refund means the total amount you paid for excluding shipping and handling + sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
***Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.

If you've received your package damaged please take photos of the damaged package with as much detail as possible.
