INGREDIENTS
For 1 latte

½ mango
-
1 tsp honey or maple syrup

2 tbsp pineapple juice (optional)

¾ cup coconut milk

¼ cup water
-
1 tsp of Teangle Matcha Ginger & Lemongrass

A handful of ice cubes
PREPARATION

In a blender, combine the mango, honey and pineapple juice, if using. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Mix the matcha and water.

In a glass, add the mango purée. Fill with ice cubes.

Pour the coconut milk over the ice, followed by the matcha. Top with a mango slice and enjoy.
