Shipping Policy

A delivery fee of $10.95 will be added for any order under $75 after discounts and promotion codes and before sales taxes.  

The delivery of the products is subject to the rules of the shipping company as well as the rules concerning the signing of a received receipt for the products. 
If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible to track, and recuperate the products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company.
If an order item is damaged during shipping, is incorrect, or missing, you must immediately contact Teangle.

To contact us, write to info@teangle.ca or call 1-800-316-6320. Teangle will not be held responsible for any items that have not been returned within a maximum of 30 days after the order has been delivered. 

Return Policy

If after 30 days of use, you are unhappy and would like a refund, here’s exactly what to do: Contact the Teangle team by emailing info@teangle.com - Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time. We will gladly provide you with our return address, so as not to waste any materials. This is an easy and effortless process. Return the bag(s) and print the Teangle invoice that you received by email. It is your obligation to pay the return postage with tracking for verification and efficiency purposes. Note: We must receive the package within 45 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid. 

*For all accessories including bottles/spoons, these products are non-refundable.

**Full refund means the total amount you paid for excluding shipping and handling + sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

***Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.

*****All purchases made during our sales & promotion events, discounts and gift cards are final and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our team’s discretion.
