Little monster's Matcha milkshake

While waiting for the trick or treating and the mountains of candies, we suggest that you try this amazing Matcha milkshake recipe!

It' super fun, easy to do and the kids are going to LOVE it !

THIS MILKSHAKE IS:

  • Vegan

  • Easy to do 

  • Most importantly, super fun!

    INGREDIENTS FOR THE LITTLE MONSTERS:

    • A bag of vegan marshmallows

    • 2 cups of vegan white chocolate, melted 

    • 2 to 3 tsp of matcha for cooking

    • Little eyes for the littles monsters (sold in some grocery stores and pastry or art shops)

    • Lollipop sticks or colourful straws

    INGREDIENTS FOR THE MILKSHAKE

    • 1 pint of vegan ice cream (we used a vanilla bean ice cream made with coconut milk)

    • 1/2 cup of vegan milk (we used coconut milk but you can also use almond ou soy milk)

    • 2 to 3 tsp of the matcha of your choice

    • Vegan whipped cream 

    INSTRUCTIONS: 

      1. Mix the white chocolate with the matcha

      2. Dip the marshmallows (with the sticks) into the melted chocolate

      3. Add the little eyes, put them up in a glass or a jar and let them cool in the fridge for 20 minutes

      4. In a blender, mix all the ingredients for the milkshake

      5. Pour in a glass and add the whipped cream

      6. Decorate with the little monsters and enjoy!
